The single house is situated in the historic center of the city, within a residential zone between party walls. The project addresses the insertion of a residential program without other uses on a plot with a single front facing the public street. The initial constraints require concentrating both vehicular and pedestrian access in the front area of the site.

The organization is resolved through a volume composed of a ground floor plus two upper levels that articulates communications via a central staircase. The ground floor sequentially connects the access, a small bathroom, the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen with a backyard equipped with a swimming pool. The private program is stratified vertically to independent the rest and service areas.

The resulting distribution places two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two dressing rooms on the first floor. The second floor, which crowns the building, contains the laundry room and three terraces that expand the outdoor surface area of the house. The property encompasses a total built area of 293.70 square meters.
