The social services building is located in the south of Seville, on the corner of Avenida de la Paz, occupying a plot measuring 24.85 by 35.60 meters. The building footprint and volume are conditioned by the adjacent Litany Health Centre located to the north, which establishes a shared outdoor space that serves as a common access to the underground parking. The architectural program aims to unify the institutional image through a continuous external lattice envelope that homogenizes the facade while protecting the natural lighting openings from direct sunlight.

The spatial organization is structured around a central open void extending through all levels, crowned by a skylight that provides overhead natural light to the perimeter access paths connecting each room. Integrated into this core, a standardized service box is repeated on each floor, grouping together the toilets, elevator core, escape staircase, and an equipment and archives room. To ensure adaptability, several interior rooms are separated by movable partitions, allowing greater versatility in altering space dimensions according to programmatic needs.

The program distribution layout places the reception, main archive, versatile areas equipped for exhibitions, and an assembly hall on the ground floor. This assembly hall features an independent entrance from the shared outdoor space to enable autonomous use when the rest of the building is closed. The first and second floors distribute the care rooms, work rooms, and equipment rooms perimetrally around the central void. Finally, the third floor accommodates the administration and management zones, currently housing the team for the Comisionado para el Polígono Sur de Sevilla.
