The project involves the construction of a residential complex comprising 265 apartments and parking garages organized into two large linear blocks perpendicular to the coastline. The entire development is formally unified by a large canopy that accommodates the main entrance from the street. The two blocks feature variations in their volumetry: the southwest building is completely rectilinear and parallel to the plot boundary with one less story, while the northeast block features greater length, an additional floor, and a slight curve toward the entrance area.

The functional layout utilizes multiple vertical circulation cores that connect to horizontal access galleries arranged on the northeast facade of both blocks. In contrast, the opposite elevations facing southwest integrate wide continuous terraces that obliquely direct views toward the sea. The exterior envelope is resolved under principles of geometric rigor and horizontality, dispensing with ornamental elements to emphasize the visual relationship with the maritime environment.

The residential program offers apartment typologies ranging from two to four bedrooms, complemented by an entrance hall, kitchen with a utility room, living-dining area, and terrace. The interior layout of the residential units prioritizes the minimization of circulation areas and positions the main rooms—the living room and bedrooms—directly along the south facades, opening up to the outdoor terraces.
